Development Sites

Search for listings which have potential for development or sub-division. The comprehensive information displayed with these listings covers the sites zoning, size, useage, council, detailed description, rates etc. A facility to download brochures and documents provided by the vendor and agent is also available.

IP4Sale

Investment Properties 4 Sale is a useful search engine which displays properties that have a tenant in place, or those properties which the listing Agent feels are suitable for investment purposes and can confidently provide a tenant for at settlement. Information such as the current (or estimated) rent, yield, land size, building area, rates, fees, managing agent costs etc. are displayed for each listing.

New Projects

Search for the latest Off-the-Plan projects on the market, properties in a newly completed complex and House and Land packages. Information such as the estimated rent, yield, land size, building area, rates, fees, detailed description, managing agent costs etc. are displayed for each listing. Links to these projects own websites are also provided.
