Ian Hobson
Ian practised as a solicitor across all property sectors including leasing, sales, acquisitions, development, funding, investment vehicles, and tax strategies. He left the profession after 14 years to pursue a more commercially focussed career and has since been active in all of the areas now offered by ProDev.
His time in the legal profession advising clients, coupled with active participation in projects provides a unique skill set perfectly suited to property development.
Ross Baker Ross is a qualified civil engineer with 20 years of experience in the property development sector including major infrastructure projects, roads and bridges, residential, industrial, commercial and retail development.
Together with Ian and the rest of the team they provide a cohesive team capable of deliverying the most complex project.
We aim to provide efficient, professional and prompt service to our clients, emphasising personal contact by directors and senior management of the company in handling each project.
