City of Stirling Local Area Planning.

In 2006 the City of Stirling began the process called Local Area Planning which involved the review of the issues in each of the suburbs within the District. The Residential Design Codes has just been reviewed and a new look Codes has been gazetted on the 28 April 2008. All application for development and subdivision from now on need to comply with the Residential Design Codes 2008. Anyone with applications submitted prior to this date should be considered using the 2002 version of the Codes.     more ...
