Prodev Network Pty. Ltd. (“ProDev”) is bound by the National Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. A copy of the National Principles are available from the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

ProDev provides the following privacy statement:

Website owners which are linked or associated with our website are responsible for the privacy of the information they collect and should be contacted directly for details of their privacy policies.

Information collected by ProDev
ProDev records information from persons who visit prodev.com.au and or create membership accounts, post online advertisements, complete online forms, complete surveys or send us emails. This information is collected for business purposes. The types of information kept on record depends on the membership account type created, the type of form or survey completed or the product or service for which information is requested. Information recorded for individuals is listed below:
 

·         Information that you have provided which may identify you, such as your name, address and contact details;

·         Information that you have provided in the form of feedback or email; and

·         Your permission to use your personal information for marketing purposes or to send you information and special offers from time to time.

 
To become a member of ProDev it is compulsory for you to provide us with your personal information which we request from you for us to perform a service for you.

Cookies may be used to store visitors' preferences and to record session information.

When you visit prodev.com.au, the following information is recorded for statistical purposes:

Note: Your IP address is stored along with your member ID to enable ProDev to track your use of the service. The membership account which you create is for your businesses exclusive use only and your login information is not to be passed on to other individuals. Penalties will apply if it is proven that your login details have been used by persons which are not directly employed by your business.

Note: Some information disclosed to prodev.com.au is passed on to other organisations or individuals so that they can assist with your specific enquiries, details of which are described below. Other than what is described below, prodev.com.au will not pass on or sell information that relates to, or can be used to identify any individuals.

Use of collected information
All information disclosed to ProDev may be accessed by authorised ProDev Staff to fulfil your request.

 

Members
When completing an online form to be notified of property listings, building tenders and or syndication opportunities, the information provided may be accessed and reviewed by our authorised ProDev staff and may be passed on to third parties to ensure you are provided with relevant information to suit your needs. The information that you provide may be given to real estate agents, syndication operators, builders, developers or other relevant parties to allow them to contact you in relation to the supply of information. These other parties are required to follow their own privacy guidelines with your information once received from ProDev. If you do not wish for your information to be passed on, please do not complete our online membership forms.

 

Advertisers
If you are an advertiser on prodev.com.au your information is held confidentially in a secure database. Some of your information will be published in your advertisement, in accordance with your instructions and for the period during which your advertisement is active. Your information is accessible for alterations by approved ProDev staff. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that their details on prodev.com.au are current and correct.

Advertisement Enquiries
When you enquire about products or services advertised on prodev.com.au, you will be asked to submit certain information. This information may be accessed and reviewed by authorized ProDev staff and may in addition be passed onto the relevant advertiser’s organization. This process is designed to assist you in obtaining information and services to suit your requirements. If you do not wish for your information to be used in this way, please do not complete our online enquiry forms in relation to advertisements.

 
ProDev may undertake surveys to determine your use and satisfaction of services provided.
 
All information received from browsers is stored in a secure format for ProDev’s own use.

If you send ProDev an email we shall use your personal information to respond to your request.

Accessing your personal information
You can request access to all of your personal information held in the secure ProDev database. We endeavour to ensure your information is true and correct at all times. Upon request, we can make adjustments and update your details to reflect correct data.

To make a request, please send an email to admin@prodev.com.au. Your request will be processed within 7 working days, depending on the nature of the request. There is no fee to access this information.
 
In addition to the above assurances, any information held by ProDev and related individuals is held securely in a manner designed to protect information from anyone other than specifically authorised ProDev staff.
 
Changes to the ProDev Privacy Statement
From time to time, ProDev may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to you via email to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to withdraw from these uses.
